Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Kaycie Rose Nutrition has moved exclusively to virtual video visits. We will continue to assess the current situation and start offering in-person sessions when it is safe for clients, clinicians, and the community. Thank you for your patience and understanding; it is deeply appreciated. 

Virtual video sessions are conducted through our electronic health record system, SimplePractice. It’s important to note that we take your privacy very seriously and all sessions are in compliance with HIPAA standards. Refer to this FAQ information provided by SimplePractice for information regarding virtual visits.


what about Insurance?

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Preferred One insurances. Right now, most insurance companies are covering virtual nutrition visits. Please call your insurance to verify coverage. You can refer here for questions to ask when checking benefits.

what about Paperwork?

All paperwork is digital and does not require printing. When you schedule your first nutrition session, you’ll receive an email invite to fill out the paperwork online. The paperwork is then uploaded into your chart. Please complete the paperwork prior to the first session. 

what about Payment?

Kaycie Rose Nutrition is set up to run payments directly through our electronic health record system. There is an invitation to put your card on file in the pre-appointment paperwork. Payment is collected after sessions or after insurance has processed a claim.
